Is this a subscription?

No. Coin, diamond and bundle purchases are one-time consumable purchases. They do not renew automatically.

Can virtual currency be exchanged for money?

No. Virtual currency and game items have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold or redeemed outside the game.

Do purchased coins or diamonds expire?

No. Purchased virtual currency does not expire. It remains associated with the game account unless it is spent or the account is permanently deleted.

How do refunds work?

Apple and Google process payments and refund requests for purchases made through their stores. Our support page explains where to request help and what details to include.
