Community Rules
Jhandi Munda 3D is built for lively festival play without harassment, scams, unsafe sharing, cheating, or real-money trading. These rules apply whenever players can see, hear, or interact with one another.
1. Where these rules apply
These Community Rules form part of the Jhandi Munda 3D Terms and Conditions. They apply to:
- table chat and push-to-talk voice;
- table names, nicknames, avatars, public profiles, and leaderboard presentation;
- house rooms, player-hosted dealer rooms, and other online tables;
- blocks, reports, report details, and contact with support or moderators; and
- attempts to coordinate Game activity outside the Game when that activity affects player safety, fair play, accounts, or the virtual-coin economy.
Online and social features are for adults aged 18 and older and may require a linked account and acceptance of the current Terms and Rules.
2. Respect other players
Do not harass, bully, threaten, stalk, intimidate, shame, or repeatedly target another player. Do not encourage self-harm, violence, or abuse.
Hate speech, slurs, dehumanizing language, or attacks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, caste, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or another protected characteristic are prohibited.
Do not impersonate another player, Gaming Arena Social, a moderator, a public figure, or an organization. Do not use misleading names or profiles to deceive others.
3. Keep content safe and appropriate
Do not submit, request, describe, promote, or link to:
- pornography, nudity, sexual services, sexual solicitation, or explicit sexual content;
- graphic violence, credible threats, instructions for wrongdoing, or illegal goods or services;
- spam, repeated messages, promotions, referral schemes, fake giveaways, phishing, fraud, or scams;
- malware, suspicious downloads, unauthorized websites, or attempts to move players into unsafe contact; or
- content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Table names, nicknames, avatars, and public-profile selections must also follow these rules.
4. Protect personal information
Do not publish, request, trade, or threaten to expose another person's personal or sensitive information. Do not share your own passwords, authentication codes, payment details, home address, phone number, email address, social-media handle, government identifier, or precise location in chat or voice.
The Game filters common contact details and external links to reduce scams and unsafe off-platform contact. Do not disguise, split, encode, or otherwise evade those protections.
5. Play fairly
Do not use modified clients, bots, automation, macros, packet manipulation, unauthorized tools, exploits, or false device or account information. Do not attempt to predict, select, reveal early, replace, or alter an authoritative dice result.
Do not collude between players or between a dealer and players, occupy conflicting roles through multiple accounts or devices, manipulate room eligibility, intentionally disconnect to influence settlement, duplicate rewards, abuse refunds, or coordinate outcomes.
If you discover a security or gameplay issue, stop using it and report it privately to gamingarenasocial@gmail.com.
6. No account or real-money trading
Jhandi Munda 3D is entertainment only. Coins and items are virtual, cannot be purchased for real money, and have no cash or prize value.
Do not buy, sell, rent, transfer, gift, share, or trade accounts, virtual coins, items, rewards, dealer access, leaderboard placement, or Game services. Do not offer cash, cryptocurrency, payment, prizes, external goods, or favors in exchange for Game activity.
7. Push-to-talk voice safety
Voice is available only to eligible participants in a table and transmits while push-to-talk is active. Gaming Arena Social does not store voice conversations as audio recordings.
Everything said over voice must follow these Rules. Keep background audio appropriate, do not play disruptive sound, do not record or redistribute another player's voice where doing so would violate applicable law, and never disclose sensitive information.
Mute, block, leave the table, or report a player when needed for your safety.
8. Block and report responsibly
Use the in-Game block control to hide a player's eligible social content from your view. Use the report control for harassment, hate or abuse, sexual content, spam or scams, suspected cheating, or another serious rule violation.
Include only information needed to explain the incident. Do not include passwords, payment details, or unrelated personal information. False, retaliatory, coordinated, duplicate, or malicious reports are prohibited.
9. Moderation and consequences
The Game may automatically filter or rate-limit messages. Gaming Arena Social may review reports and relevant account, table, message, security, and gameplay evidence as described in the Privacy Policy.
Depending on severity, repetition, risk, and available evidence, action may include:
- a warning or blocked message;
- temporary or permanent chat mute;
- voice, social, leaderboard, room, or dealer-feature restriction;
- removal of invalid rewards, inventory, virtual coins, or manipulated progress;
- room closure or temporary suspension; or
- account termination and referral to an appropriate authority when required by law or immediate safety risk.
We may act immediately to protect players, the virtual-coin economy, Game security, or legal compliance. You may contact us if you believe an enforcement decision was made in error.
10. Questions, safety concerns, and appeals
